Earlier activation date?

Hi, I have placed an order with yourselves for fibre broadband and phone. Was initially given a date of the 11th November but this was changed to the 21/11. Have had an awful experience with talk talk, they never managed to connect me to the internet yet so have been without internet for 6 weeks, hence why changing to yourselves . Is there anyway I can have an earlier activation date please as getting pretty desperate now. Thanks

We're unable to speed this up I'm afraid as the delay is due to engineer availability.
