Due to connect on the 8th and no contact or router yet

As above

Please help I am really anxious about this - I cannot hear well on the phone and have a few other difficulties and so the internet is my main form of contact with the outside world as it were

I have had no email and no router and since tomorow is sunday I think it unlikely that I will get either - my account says the hub hasn't even been dispatched yet

I am really panicking now payment has been taken yet no confirmation nothing

Please help and thank you for your time

Thanks for getting in touch. Apologies for the lack of communication there has been with the order, Having looked into this, it looks as though our suppliers encountered an issue with the order that was in place and it's unfortunately been rejected on our supplier systems. In order to proceed, we will need to get a new order in place for you. Please do let us know if you're happy to proceed so we can get these replaced.
