Hi. I'm in the middle of switching from BT fibre to plusnet fibre. The activation was due to happen by midnight on Saturday 17/03/18 . The BT fibre was disconnected on Friday and I had a text from plusnet to say the phone service was ready but nothing about the broadband getting activated. I haven't heard anything since. Is someone able to check to see what's happening? Much appreciated.

Sorry about the rocky start. Your account didn't activate on our side when the order completed with our suppliers. I've just done that for you now so you should be safe to setup your router within a few moments.
