Decided to change to PlusNet. Completed everything, got confirmation all was OK. Day of changeover old provision turned off, no PlusNet. Tried calling - hopeless, for days get a message saying they are so busy they wont connect you and to call back.
Checked my account on line says there is an issue and they are contacting me - no contact.
So now have no broadband, no phone and no way of contacting this shower. Trying to see if I can cancel and go back to original provider
