Dont change to Plusnet stay with your existing provider

Decided to change to PlusNet. Completed everything, got confirmation all was OK. Day of changeover old provision turned off, no PlusNet. Tried calling - hopeless, for days get a message saying they are so busy they wont connect you and to call back. 

Checked my account on line says there is an issue and they are contacting me - no contact.

 

So now have no broadband, no phone and no way of contacting this shower. Trying to see if I can cancel and go back to original provider

Tried calling since 09:00 today everytime its the same message - they are busy and cant connect. Pretty hopeless
