I still had a link in my browser from previously, which had an address for the PN order tracker at https://www.plus.net/order-tracker/ . If I go to this page, it says I have no order in progress. A bit worrying as my line and fibre are due to migrate in on the 21st. It used to be a handy page which gave all the info of where the order was, i.e. order placed, router dispatched, etc. Is there anything similar?
Thank you for getting in touch. I'm afraid we no longer have any function in place to support customers tracking their own orders. In regards to your orders, I have checked these and they are still going ahead for the date you have been informed.
