Does Plusnet not want me to uprgrade?

So twice now i have upgraded my 300mb to 500mb.

3 days they say for activation.

then nothing? no emails. no contact?

you guys not want my money

I will put this topic on hold as i have now done the upgrade again but this time received a confirmation email.
