Hi there
My phone line / fibre activation day is next week and I received a text message saying an engineer with visit next Tuesday 9-1pm I think.
Do I need to be home for this, as I have an appointment at the vet with my cat at that time? I can change the vet appointment if need be.
I have already received my self-install hub one router. I'm currently on Sky ADSL if that's relevant?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi ohm,
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure why the email notification advised of an appointment as we no longer send out engineers for fibre installations.
I'll make sure this is flagged up with the relevant people for further investigation, however to put your mind at rest, I can confirm that you shouldn't need to be at home when the engineer goers out to activate the services from the cabinet.
