I signed up to switch to Plusnet on the 15th September. Since then I was notified by my old provider of the impending switch and that they would disconnect on the 29th, which they did.
However, I have heard nothing from Plusnet about a live date nor recieving my new router and, consequently, I have been left without any internet with no idea when I can expect to be connected, despite my first payment already being taken.
This is hardly ideal considering, like a lot of people, I am relying on an internet connection on a daily basis even more than usual at the moment.
