Old service disconnected at 3 pm without warning, waiting for email from plusnet to tell me when connected. Router not connecting and not accepting password. Search internet says switch should only take a few minutes. Plusnet help page says I have to wait til after midnight. why can't old and new service coincide?
Lost 2 hours work - working for frontline service in social care. This is not a supplier I would recommend to anyone
