Disappointed. Signed up but no account creation.

I signed up for Plusnet broadband tonight. My money (£52.99) has been taken out of my bank account but Plusnet account has not been created. Tried to chat online with someone about it without any success. Any faith I had in Plusnet has gone up in smoke.

If you contact the bank they should be able to return the money.
