Despondent new customer

Signed up with Plusnet three weeks ago , have had all kinds of dates offered for installation and they constantly get changed. With no internet and no date for Plusnet installation I now need to cancel. I’m annoyed they take your money up front and I’m disappointed that this company who’s service levels were lauded have been so poor in communication. Looks like BT are gonna get a new customer if I ever get through to anyone to cancel this order.
Very poor performance from Plusnet.

Update: finally got through on the phone and spoke to the very helpful Will. Not sure we have a resolution yet but I’m slightly more hopeful. Thanks Will.
