Advised phone line due to go live on the 16th yet no confirmation to date. Friday produced a 'closed' query via email saying my current phone no. couldn't be transferred but I've been unable to speak to anyone to clarify whether this is still an issue or not. No sign of the router. Today (Monday) all customer service/help lines have been bouncing calls. Please, someone, what is going on???
Given all the negative feedback on this thread and the prospect of Christmas without the internet given the total lack of contact or information on the progress of my order, I decided to cancel by calling 0800 013 2632. Amazingly someone answered. Apparently my order was not being progressed, something to do with broadband and phone not being linked whatever that means; in any case the account had just been left hanging in that state without any further action or notification.
Hopefully this will be a lucky escape from quite the worst broadband supplier experience I've had to date.
