I ordered my fibre broadband package on the 9th of November and the service will go live on the 29th, when should I expect my router to be delivered ?

Normally it's a couple of days before the go live date.

Hi there, I've just checked your account to be on the safe side and the router is due to be dispatched within the next few days and should arrive in time with you for activation.

Brilliant thank you, also I live in a set of flats, will they leave the router in the lobby or will they try to deliver to my door, as I'm at work during the day ?

The routers are sent by Royal Mail in a package that should fit most standard sized letter boxes so it's up to your local postie what happens.
