I have my connection set up since Monday. I have been waiting for 6 working days and I still have no router!
That could be explained by unusual circumstances, but it is really upsetting to try calling and no person to talk to in the customer service number. I have not even started using your services and I have issues already!
Where is my router and when will I get it on my hands?
I want to speak to person that can solve this problem!
