I'm really angry about an email I've received about a delay to my phone connection. To send an email and then not be contactable by phone, online chat, anything, is a joke. You are now apparently down for online maintenance, I've been trying for nearly 2 days to find out what the hell is going on.
The connection needs to happen on the agreed date or I will cancel the order. Apologies for sending via a forum but there is literally no other way to get in touch with you it seems

From looking at your fibre order, the appointment does look to be still booked in for the agreed date but I note that we have received a delay on your phone order but this delay may simply be because we've changed the appt date on the fibre order.
We'll contact our suppliers next week for clarification and we'll update you as soon as we know more.
