I rang earlier this week to delay my service being transferred to my new address due to the coronavirus lockdown, and to ensure my broadband would continue at my current address until I can eventually move. I thought this was all sorted. But today I received an email to say that my service will be cancelled on Sunday (as originally planned so the service can be connected at my new address on Monday) unless I ring to tell you that this is incorrect. This Is incorrect since the lockdown prevents people freely moving I can't move house. I have tried ringing and am told you can't take my call, and the online chat is offline....can you please let me know if I will still have internet come Monday? With the current situation access to internet is critical!
