Delay to broadband activation

Our broadband should have been activated yesterday but it wasn't. I haven't had the confirmation email or text to tell me everything is ready. Does it usually take this long?

I'm sorry for the lack of communication there has been with your orders. From checking this, they're now showing as active and complete. I've therefore updated your account details to reflect this and you should be able to connect within the next 10-15 minutes.
