Delay Broadband & phone start date

I signed up earlier today to your Unlimited Fibre Extra for an 18 month period & on the application page requested a transfer date of 15 December. I've had a text earlier today telling me that the phone is being switched over on 7 December & should be grateful if you would please change the switch day for both broadband & phone to 15 December as requested. This will help me avoid early exit charges from my current ISP.

Thanks for your post @Potatocake and welcome to our Community Forums.

I've asked our suppliers to push your transfer date back to the 15th December.

As soon as I've had confirmation, I'll let you know. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
