Date previous broadband supplier was told about migration

Would it be possible for someone from Plus net to let me know the date that my previous broadband supplier Origin Broadband was informed that I would be migrating to Plus net please?

Your previous provider would've been informed on the 21st November whilst is when we placed the order with our suppliers.
