Date for broadband activation

Hi I have recieved my router and I think my broadband with sky has just been cut off but I still don’t have a date for when my new broadband with you will be ready to use. Can you let me know the date please as we rely on internet use for work? Danielle

I can see your account activated towards the evening on Monday and you've been up and running since Tuesday.
