DSL connection disconnected

I have a phone call say my product and service is actived this morning at my new house. Plugged my router in to get on the gateway no internet connection and say the DSL connection is disconnected ???? Help

Welcome to the forums, @ashley1994 . If your service was only activated today, it can take up to midnight for all the bits to fall into place.

If you still have problems tomorrow morning, come back and someone can possibly give you some help. Having said that, it would be good if you could report a successful connection as well.

Hi Stratit was meant to be yesterday was sorted they was a capacity issue, I got a call this morning to say it's all activated but I still have no internet at my property ?

@ashley1994 The post by @Strat was just moving your post to the correct area in case it doesn't get sorted - I still suggest you wait until tomorrow morning before worrying,

Looks like be phoning tomorrow still no internet. Been day after day had issue been told would be installed then the next and then another issue been a nightmare from start to finish tbh.
