Customer service award must be a joke

I have moved two hundred yards down the road, before I moved I rang plusnet spoke to a chap called well I won't mention his name, but I know who it was, anyway I was promised 24 he connection as need Internet for medical reasons, I'm actually monitored at night

guess what been given a date of ten days time ?. Got email this morning and advised someone would call me back in four hours,  it's now over five hours no one has made contact

 

South African call centre I've spent two days on the phone and still can't get anyone who cares.   Anyone else had the same?
