Could you please help me with my activation?

Hello, today is my go-live date but have not received any confirmation yet. I really need my broadband up and running as I'm working from home now and need a substantial connection for an important virtual meeting tomorrow (I recently moved in and choose Plusnet as it was the broadband supplier the previous tenant had, hoping it would be a straightforward activation).


I have already received the router, please could you give me a hand with the activation? My Plusnet username is [Removed]

Welcome to our community forums @victapia28 sorry for the delay with your activation. I can see this happened shortly after midnight and you've been up and running since Saturday Morning. Let us know if there are any issues.
