Hello, today is my go-live date but have not received any confirmation yet. I really need my broadband up and running as I'm working from home now and need a substantial connection for an important virtual meeting tomorrow (I recently moved in and choose Plusnet as it was the broadband supplier the previous tenant had, hoping it would be a straightforward activation).
I have already received the router, please could you give me a hand with the activation? My Plusnet username is [Removed]
