I was going to leave plusnet but they persuaded me to stay by downgrading my package to slow internet, assured me no disruption to service, however tonight I find I have no landline working, line completely dead as if it’s been cut off. Tried to call customer services but closed.
Please get this working ASAP plusnet, and you had better restore my phone number!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The call centre closed at 8pm. Not sure anybody there has looked at this but glad to see your phone’s back on
