Contract Renewal - error

When renewing my contract online once I ticked the terms and conditions and

ticked continue, I received a very unspecific error message. Please could you confirm whether my 
contract has been renewed or not?
Also, when I log into my account I have another message saying that I have change in progress.
 
Would be grateful if you could check this for me.

@mhfarr13  Welcome to the forum.

There have been many cases recently where this message has been stuck on an account for months and preventing contract renewals going through. I suggest that you ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 0132632 and talk to them. Calls to this number tend to be answered fairly quickly.

Thanks for your response, this morning I have logged in and the error message is no longer present. It has either been resolved or the issue has resolved itself.
