Had Online chat on 27/2/17. Sorted out a new 2 year contract.
Was expecting new welcome email with new contract + new router. Instead my account has resorted back to paying full without the discount. can anyone help. Takes to long waiting on phone or online chat again.
Having checked your account I have sent you the breakdown of the agreed contract to the email on the account after seeing it hadn't been sent to you the first time. I can see that the contract is arranged to start from: 02/03/17 so unfortunately we have just missed the last invoice generated however your agreed discounts will be on your invoices moving forwards. I have double checked and seen that your router has been ordered and should arrive with you within the next 3-5 working days.
