I'd like to change my installation date (I think there is a problem on the website when signing up where it skipped some dates to select from after choosing 'more').
Is anybody able to tell me how to contact the provisioning team? I've phoned support on 0800 432 0200 twice now, and waited twenty minutes and thirty minutes to speak to people who weren't able to help me but suggested I contact provisioning... The only issue is they gave me the advice that the provisioning team were on the same support number, but nobody was able to tell me the combination of menu selections to make in order to get through to them.
Does anybody in the community know which buttons to push in order to get through to them?
