Contacting the Provisioning Team

I am getting a little frustrated. Have spent 2 hours already this week waiting to get through to customer service. Finally got through yday. They havent actioned my problem.now on.hold another 20mins . Why is there no live chat facility or an option for the provisioning team directly. My patience is wearing thin. Any help welcomed.

This still isn't resolved 3 weeks on.
I have waited hours and hours to get through to the provisioning team. My other utilities hace moved over expect this which you are holding up.
I need to escalate this to a complaint please advise how I do this.

Can you confirm exactly what this query is about? Feel free to PM me if you prefer.

From what I can see your address on the Openreach systems matches what is shown on your account here.

If that address is incorrect, can you PM me the correct one please?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

I am sorry your issue is still not resolved. I can see it is currently in hand with our Provisioning Department and we are currently waiting on further updates from our suppliers from the ORDI we raised to update the address details. As soon as we have any further information, we will update you via the open support ticket.

Thank you. I.will inform UW tomorrow.
The communication.and service from.yourselves has been dreadful and i will have been paying more with my new provider due to the package deal i should have commenced a month ago. Plewse feed this back.
