Hi, It seems like a common theme. I have received 2 separated messages from both email and text that the router is on its way. Text said posted on Monday the 13th, email said posted Thursday the 16th. My activation day is today, still no router, like one of the users said, paying for a nonexistent service. Would plusnet help to solve this problem?
Thanks for getting in touch @Moon3hk I'm sorry to see you've not received your router yet. I've checked this for you and I can see your router was dispatched on Wednesday night and we ordered this on Monday. It looks like that delay was due to the bank holiday, can you let you know if you don't receive it mid-next week so we can send another?
