Connecting too soon.

My contract with my existing provider ends on 10th November. I asked Plusnet agent to liaise with them and start my new Plusnet contract then. I received an email telling me that I am to be connected before that date and now my old provider wants to charge me for ending my contract early. I have been on hold on the phone to plusnet for over an hour on two occasions with no answer. how can I get this sorted?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry about this. I can see you've spoken with an agent and we've changed the transfer date to 10th November. 

Let me know if there's anything else you'd need help with.
