Confusion over contract and charges
Sorry to keep contacting you but I'm not very good navigating my way around the forum.
I'm a bit confused by everything at the moment:
Not sure what deal exactly I'm on with Broadband
How much the combined broadband and phone package should be per month
What the time period of the contract is
Also I have upgraded my phone to allow for daytime calls which I think includes mobile, ringback etc
I can't seem to see this info anywhere when I log in to my account
