Confused re dates and service




I need help understanding my order.  

I ordered Unlimited Fibre Extra and as such it shows in the "Member Centre".

I have received a couple of messages that are confusing.

1. One says that someone will come to my home to install on:-------  And the date is blank

2. Another says "your broadband...." Is this different than Fibre?


I also received an email saying my request had been cancelled and another re-instated.  Can someone help me clarify?

Hi there,


Sorry for the confusing messages you've received.


Having reviewed your account, your phone & fibre transfer is progressing for the 4th July.


You don't need to be home for this to complete. You'll receive email/text notifications on the day when your phone service is ready to use and then when your broadband is activated. It can happen at any point up to midnight.
