Conection to fibre

I wondered if you could tell me when our fibre upgrade will be connected, also our phone caller display is not working. thanks, Bob.

Thanks for getting in touch.

We've been unable to place your fibre order until today as we were waiting for your landline to transfer over. I've placed the order for you and we'll confirm the date as soon as possible.

With regards to the caller display, I've placed an order to add this manually for you and this should be up and running within the next hour or so.
