Hi. I am yet to receive the email for claiming cash back for Plusnet broadband so I called the number on the website.
I was told I was among a batch whose details were to sent to the company in charge of the rewards and I need to contact Plusnet.
It’s looking like this is going to be an hassle and I am not looking forward to calling Plusnet.
Has anyone else had similar experience and how was it sorted?
