Checking your line - issue

Hi Community, 


I recently subscribed the Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra offer and the line was supposed to be activated this week. However I logged in my account page and found that the process is stuck at the stage "CHECKING YOUR LINE" as I get the error "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line. We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly.".


As we all work from home in the flat, we really need the broadband asap. Has anyone have a clue of what is going on and what it needs to be fixed?
