Hey, I placed a fibre order over a week ago but the tracker still says checking your details? Not been given an activation date or anything, and I'm currently stuck without internet as we were with Sky (copper, not fibre), meant to get with Vodafone but then they kept cancelling for no reason but had already sent sky the working line takeover. This means we're now without internet until plusnet decides to send me a router and activate it!
Fixed! Go to the fix.
