Connect your router, you won't break anything if it doesn't work.

While you wait for a member of staff to confirm, you can do a quick check for yourself to see if the order has a completion date.
Have a look at the BT Wholesale checker site at https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome
Enter your phone number and look in the text below the results table.
It will say if there is an open order on your line and more importantly the date it is due to be completed.
Hopefully the date shown is today 17th November 2018.
And the broadband can start working anytime up to midnight on give live day.

In that case, it is one of these things
- The order has completed as it only shows open orders
- Only the phone service was ordered successfully by Plusnet (don't laugh it happens sometimes)
- Something has gone wrong with the activation but the order is closed
Have you tried plugging in the Plusnet router?
That is the next thing to do.

Hi @Stuartdg,
Sorry for the late response. It looks like at about 7pm on the 17th your connection came up and has been stable since it looks like there were a few problems with the automatic setup but these were resolved after a conversation with one of the support staff.
Hopefully everything is now as it should be, but if not let us know what's wrong and we'll try and fix it for you.
