Chasing Progress

Hello, just a quick check if I should be awaiting an email/SMS confirmation that my fibre has been activated. I'm sure you are all very busy, but hasn't seem to be anything to say all is going to plan. Today is the 7th working day after you placed the order with BT Wholesale, phone line was activated 6th June. All the instructions say to wait for the email confirmation but after reading on here it seems people just plug in anyway. Happy to wait until midnight, just a polite nudge Smiley

Your broadband order completed yesterday and your account activated then, you should have received an email and SMS about this. However if you plug your router in, wait 10 minutes and you should be able to connect.

Thanks for a super fast reply Chris, I'll check it now. No emails or SMS confirmations have been received, spambox checked, etc. Might be something to look into Wink
