Changing Username?



I have just signed up and needed to log into my account today to answer a question about retaining my phone number.

After an hour or so trying to log in I discovered it was because the person setting up my account has misspelled my surname.  So everything, email, router username, login details, everything has been set up in the incorrect version of my name.

It is really, really annoying!  To the point I am thinking of cancelling.  Can I get it changed?  Can I cancel if not?  I think my 14 day "grace" runs out tomorrow though..


I just don't know how long I can look at/use my own name spelled wrong!

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear your username was misspelt.

As your orders haven't completed yet we could close your account down and then re-open a new one, though this would delay the activation of your services. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
