12th January I signed up for plusnet. I received an email giving a telephone changer date of 26th January and then one about a router being sent.
I haven't been advised of a changeover date and haven't received a router.
However shortly after midnight my TalkTalk Internet stopped working shortly after midnight on 26th January. Checking showed it has been switched to Plusnet. No notice. No warning.
There is no way to email customer service. Can't get through on the 0800 number, just music.
I need a contact email address for plusnet so I can contact them to get this sorted.

There is no e mail address for PN.
Your post is confusing as you say you had an e mail with a changeover date, but in para afterwards you say you haven't had a changeover date?

I received an email notification for changeover of voice telephone line.
I received no notification of a date or time for broadband changeover.
