Changed product to fibre, order has been pending for a while now with no update.

My fibre order has been pending now for a while and I’ve had no update, apparently my product change was due to take place on the 9th of August, it’s now the 13th and I’ve had no updates at all to let me know what’s happening.

Hi there.

I can see your fibre order is due to complete on the 20th, it was delayed due to engineer availability. Sorry about the lack of communication.

You'll receive an email in the early hours of the morning advising that the product change is complete, though I'd expect the engineering work to be carried out during normal business hours.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
