Change over from standard to Fibre

Just a query last week (23/03/22) I upgraded to Plusnet Fibre broadband from standard Plusnet.  I was sent an email saying the changeover would happen today 30/03/2022 but so far I have not received a new router.  What is the timescale of receiving Fibre broadband?  Will I receive an email or text when this happens?

Hey @Heriberto52a, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about that. While we did request a fibre activation date of 30/03/2022, our suppliers have had to push it back to 05/04/2022 due to engineer availability. 

Looks like you called in yesterday, and a router has now been ordered. Smiley
