When I click "Change my products" on the "Product change" page of my member centre pages I get an error:
Sorry, An error occurred whilst processing your request.
The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later."
I can see, after a search, this has happened before for others - I just wondered if it is just me today or is it happening for everyone and how can I fix it. I did an online chat but I just got redirected to the same link or the sales team.
Apologies for the issue, this can sometimes happen for a few reasons including if there's already a scheduled account change in place.
I've noticed you hold more than one account with us, can you message me on here with the username on here so I can take a look? If you can let me know what changes you wanted to make I can make sure they're in place too.
