Change activation date

Hi I'm due to have my broadband changed over from BT on the 17/08/20 but I need the date moving back to at least the 26th.
Tried ringing customer services a few times but it won't even ring out as it says they are too busy.
I thought the Plusnet customer services were supposed to be good?!
Can anyone help? Would really appreciate it.

Hi Mathew,
Has this date been changed yet?
I'm due to go on holiday and didn't want the changeover whilst I'm away as I'll lose my CCTV etc.
Please get back to me ASAP

What's actually going on?
Has someone changed this date or not?
I'm sick of trying to speak to someone on the phone, this customer service is awful!
