Change activation date

Hi, I've just ordered a new service but wasn't able to pick an activation date. The order is for a property I have not yet moved into so do not want to take over the current occupiers service! Please can no changes be made to any existing service until the 28 August? Thanks

From what I can see we're due to take over the line at the property on the 29th August so based on what you've said this should be OK.
