Change activation date

I've been trying to contact PN via chat (constantly unavailable), phone (45 minute wait times!), and via a ticket (advised me I can cancel!) to amend my activation dates for broadband/phone from 12th December (my mistake) to 16th December.

 

I joined PN because of the award winning customer service and BTs poor ordering system (yes I know PN=BT), so slightly concerned about this.

 

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks, despite the initial problems I managed to talk to [CSA Removed] on chat yesterday who said you were dealing, but that 16th isn't possible as it's a weekend.  

 

In that case he said he was going to change it to the 15th for me, but can you check this has happened and if not please change it to the 15th?
