Hi,
I’ve very recently signed up for Plusnet broadband and requested that my transfer / start date be 7th September, however I have received text notifications today stating that my phone transfer will happen on 25th August and my broadband on 26th August.
Please can this be corrected so my service starts on the requested date instead, as I am worried about receiving termination charges with my current broadband provider?
I have tried calling and using social media to no avail, so this is my last port of call - Thanks

Update: Managed to get through to call centre support and they have put through a request to change the date.
