Cashback offer

Hi there,

We ordered our new fiber broadband connection on the 13th of october 2016 and took advantage of your £50 cashback offer that you had advertised on the site.

Our Broadband went live on the 5th of November but I am unsure how to claim the cashback offer.

Could anybody help with this?
