Cash back Money saving expert sign up

I signed up to contract in October 2016 through money saving expert and was told the offer include £80 cash back. I never received any email every from plus net to my email account (even a welcome email) or any information on this cheque which we expected within 6 months. Now we have to cancel our service due to landlord selling the house and so I am chasing this offer. 

Can you please inform me of steps I can take to recover this?

Hi Grainne, sorry to hear you've had to leave Plusnet, and you haven't received your cashback offer.

 

I've reviewed your account, and because the cashback wasn't redeemed or chased up within 2 months of your activation date, the offer has unfortunately been forfeited under the terms and conditions.
